Trazodone (trade names Desyrel, Molipaxin, Trittico, Thombran, Trialodine, Trazorel) is a psychoactive compound with sedative, anxiolytic, and antidepressant properties. The various manufacturers claim that the antidepressant becomes active in the first week of therapy.
